Yes! For Essential and Choice plans, we offer aeration & overseeding, mulch installation, and dethatching as additional paid services.

We do not offer one-time lawn services like mowing or cleanups. Chairez Landscape only offers season-long lawn maintenance plans!

Please notify us via email or phone at least 24 hours before your set maintenance day. We can then assist in rescheduling your visit. 

Yes, we will service your property on the same day and time each week so that you don’t have to worry. Our crews are dedicated to ensuring on-time, quality services each week!

In the case of bad weather, we will service your property before or after your scheduled service day with 48 hours.

When you sign up for services, we require a credit card to remain on file. Your card will be charged after each visit with an automatic receipt sent directly to your email.

We do not offer cash, checks, or any other form of payment aside from credit card.

No, snow removal is not included in any service plan. We offer snow removal services to any resident who requests snow removal on their residential property.
